Blessed with pace, close control and the ability to operate on either wing or in a more central attacking role, Phili impressed during his time at Stellenbosch. He featured regularly in the Betway Premiership and contributed goals and assists across domestic and continental competitions.
Chiefs had pursued the player for several weeks, with negotiations involving both cash and potential player exchanges before the clubs reached a final agreement. The signing strengthens the Amakhosi attacking options as they look to challenge for major honours.
