Mogadishu City Club (Somalia), Garde Républicaine (Djibouti) and KVZ FC (Zanzibar) can no longer progress to the knockout stages.
Their remaining group fixtures will now be contested solely for pride as the battle for quarter-final places continues among the remaining sides.
