Marie Ngah Named Woman of the Match After Brace Against Mali

CASABLANCA, Morocco — Cameroon forward Marie Ngah has been named the TotalEnergies Woman of the Match after scoring both goals in the Indomitable Lionesses’ 2-1 victory over Mali at the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

Ngah opened the scoring in the 14th minute and converted a second-half penalty in the 73rd minute to secure the three points for Cameroon in their Group D opener.

Her clinical finishing and overall influence earned her the individual award following a strong display in Casablanca.
