AS Roma have reached an agreement to appoint Gian Piero Gasperini as their new head coach on a three-year contract.
Gasperini leaves Atalanta after an impressive nine-year spell, during which he transformed the club into a consistent force in Italian and European football. His exit had been anticipated, and he now takes on a new challenge in the Italian capital.
Roma see Gasperini as the ideal figure to lead their next phase, bringing his tactical acumen, experience, and bold attacking style to the Stadio Olimpico.
An official unveiling is expected soon as both clubs finalize transition details.
