Nigerian Wrestlers Celebrate With WWE Legend Undertaker

By Olamide Oyetunji - Wrestlers of Nigerian descent currently working with the World Wrestling Entertainment has joined the WWE universe to celebrate an iconic figure.


Few days ago, The Undertaker was confirmed as the first inductee in the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2022 and the announcement has generated positive reaction across the world. Mark William Calaway, widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time and he is the longest serving wrestler with career span between 1990 to 2020 and the icon will finally be specially celebrated at WrestleMania.
Calaway spent the vast majority of that time performing his critically acclaimed "Deadman" Undertaker gimmick.


Former WWE United States and Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews and former Rag Tag team champion Omos are not left out of the buzzing reaction courtesy of social media.
Although retired from professional wrestling, Calaway remains employed for WWE through a 15-year contract signed in 2019.
