Tammy Abraham has made decision over international future

Tammy Abraham has made a decision over his international future and will accept an English call-up should one come, according to report from the British Telegraph.

The striker who is still eligible to represent Nigeria, and there had been plenty of hope from fans of the Super Eagles that the striker would be persuaded to change his path from the Three Lions to the Nigerian senior team.

When he was playing in the Championship, that seemed feasible. But now he’s banging goals in the Premier League he’s a hot property, and Gareth Southgate may be keen to lock him in sooner rather than later.

Interest from his home country will only grow as he gets better, and each time he’s left out of the Three Lions squad he’ll be pushed back towards the land of his parentage.
