The Pittsburgh Steelers also produced an impressive comeback to beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in overtime, while the Tennessee Titans recorded their first victory of the season against the Indianapolis Colts.

Elsewhere, the Kansas City Chiefs maintained their unbeaten record, the Buffalo Bills survived a late Las Vegas Raiders rally, and the Arizona Cardinals edged the Los Angeles Rams with a late field goal.

Browns stun Ravens with last-second field goal

The Cleveland Browns claimed a dramatic 13-10 victory over the Baltimore Ravens to move into a share of the AFC North lead.

Cleveland recovered from a difficult start after conceding 10 points in the opening quarter. The Browns' defence shut out Baltimore for the remainder of the contest, allowing the hosts to mount a late comeback.

Deshaun Watson connected with Jerry Jeudy for a crucial 33-yard gain to set up Andre Szmyt, who converted a 37-yard field goal on the final play to seal the victory.

Szmyt's decisive kick came after he had missed a 48-yard attempt earlier in the fourth quarter. A costly fumble by Baltimore running back Derrick Henry also contributed to the Ravens' defeat.

The result left Cleveland, Baltimore and Pittsburgh level at 4-2 at the top of the AFC North.

Texans edge Jaguars in London thriller

The Houston Texans defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 34-31 at Wembley Stadium in London after Ka'imi Fairbairn kicked a game-winning 49-yard field goal as time expired.

Houston quarterback C.J. Stroud delivered an outstanding performance, completing 24 of 34 passes for 312 yards, three touchdowns and one interception.

Wide receiver Jaylin Noel recorded 107 receiving yards and a touchdown, while Trevor Lawrence threw for 306 yards and four touchdowns for Jacksonville.

Despite Lawrence's impressive performance, the Jaguars could not hold on, suffering a narrow defeat that ended their three-game winning streak. Houston, meanwhile, secured its second consecutive victory.

Steelers complete remarkable comeback against Buccaneers

The Pittsburgh Steelers produced one of the weekend's most dramatic results, recovering from a 16-3 deficit entering the fourth quarter to defeat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 26-19 in overtime.

Pittsburgh began its comeback with a touchdown on the opening drive of the final quarter before adding three consecutive field goals.

Tampa Bay forced overtime when Chase McLaughlin converted a 53-yard field goal with eight seconds remaining in regulation.

The Steelers ultimately secured the victory in overtime, with Germie Bernard stretching across the goal line for the decisive touchdown.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw for 253 yards, two touchdowns and one interception, helping Pittsburgh improve to 4-2. Tampa Bay dropped to 1-5 after another disappointing result.

Titans claim first win after comeback against Colts

The Tennessee Titans finally recorded their first victory of the season by defeating the Indianapolis Colts 26-20.

Tennessee trailed 13-0 at half-time but produced a remarkable second-half response to turn the game around.

A blocked-punt touchdown helped the Titans take the lead, while defensive turnovers and timely field goals proved decisive as the contest entered its closing stages.

Indianapolis managed to draw level at 20-20, but Tennessee scored six unanswered points and forced the Colts to turn the ball over on downs on their final two possessions.

The result ended Tennessee's winless start and dealt Indianapolis another frustrating setback after a promising first half.

Caleb Williams leads Bears past Falcons

Caleb Williams returned from injury to guide the Chicago Bears to a 31-23 victory over the Atlanta Falcons.

Williams completed 30 of 36 passes for 305 yards and a touchdown, providing a major boost to Chicago's offence after missing several games.

Atlanta quarterback Michael Penix Jr. threw for 225 yards and three touchdowns, but the Falcons' late rally fell short.

The visitors scored 16 points in the fourth quarter, including two touchdowns and successful two-point conversions, but Chicago held on to improve to 4-2.

The Giants introduced J.J. McCarthy at quarterback in place of Jameis Winston, and McCarthy finished with 243 passing yards, one touchdown and an interception.

Despite a late push, New York could not complete the comeback, leaving the Saints with an important victory.

New England improved to 4-2, while the Jets fell to 2-4.

Carolina quarterback Bryce Young threw for 281 yards and two touchdowns, while running back Chuba Hubbard rushed for 120 yards and a touchdown.

The Eagles struggled to find consistency with backup quarterback Tanner McKee, who finished with 215 passing yards and one touchdown.

The contest was also marked by discipline issues, with the teams combining for 24 penalties worth 233 yards.

Carolina improved to 3-2, while Philadelphia dropped to 2-4.

Cardinals edge Rams with late field goal

Ryland accounted for all of Arizona's points, successfully converting six field goals during the contest.

The Cardinals' defence also played a key role, limiting the Rams to 286 total yards, recording two sacks against Matthew Stafford and forcing a fumble by Tyler Higbee.

Neither side managed to establish a dominant running or receiving performance, making Ryland's accuracy decisive.

Arizona improved to 2-4, matching the Rams' 2-4 record.

The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Los Angeles Chargers 22-6 to maintain their unbeaten start to the season.

Running back Kenneth Walker III delivered a powerful performance, recording 128 rushing yards and two touchdowns, while quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw for 272 yards.

Kansas City's defence also kept Justin Herbert under pressure, sacking the Chargers quarterback four times and limiting Los Angeles to just six points.

The Chiefs improved to 5-0, remaining the only unbeaten team in the AFC. The Chargers fell to 0-6 after another difficult offensive performance.

Bills survive Raiders rally

The Buffalo Bills defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 33-30 in a closely contested encounter.

Josh Allen threw two touchdown passes and finished with 255 passing yards, while James Cook rushed for 95 yards and a decisive touchdown.

What Week 6 means for the NFL season

Week 6 reshaped several divisional races. Cleveland's comeback victory brought the Browns level with Baltimore and Pittsburgh in the AFC North, while Houston's win over Jacksonville tightened the AFC South contest.

Kansas City and Buffalo continued to strengthen their positions, while Green Bay's victory added to Dallas' early-season difficulties.

For Tennessee, the comeback win over Indianapolis offered renewed hope after a winless start. Meanwhile, the Chargers and Raiders must find answers quickly as their losing runs threaten to undermine their seasons.

With the regular season continuing to unfold, Week 6 demonstrated how quickly momentum can shift in the NFL, where late-game execution and defensive resilience can prove just as important as offensive production.
