In an official club statement, the Oluyole Warriors confirmed that the decision followed discussions between the club and the affected members of the technical team, with both parties agreeing to part ways amicably.
Shooting Stars expressed appreciation for the trio’s commitment, professionalism and contributions during their time at the club. Particular recognition was given for their role in guiding the side to a third-place finish in the 2025/26 NPFL season and securing a return to continental football.
The remaining assistant coaches have been directed to take charge of the Technical Department on an interim basis pending the appointment of a new head coach. The club stated that further developments will be communicated in due course.
The change comes as Shooting Stars prepare for the new season and their upcoming CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
