In the 57th minute, Semenyo showed determination to keep the ball in play, beat his marker and crossed for Marmoush to tap home from close range. Two minutes later the pair combined again, with Marmoush completing his brace.
Rayan Ait Nouri sealed the win in the 90th minute, finishing a pass from Divin Mubama after earlier missing a similar chance.
City controlled large periods of the contest, using width effectively through Semenyo and Savinho. The result completes a successful Asian tour for Maresca’s side, who now turn their attention to the Community Shield against Arsenal next weekend.
