CAF Champions League winners Mamelodi Sundowns will take on CAF Confederation Cup winners USM Alger in the one-off showpiece.
The match will be staged in Pretoria, South Africa, giving the Brazilians home advantage as they look to add another continental title to their collection.
The fixture will mark the traditional curtain-raiser to the new CAF interclub season and pits two of Africa’s strongest clubs against each other for bragging rights and the Super Cup trophy.
