Henry D. equalised and added another, while Mathew Tegisi struck twice as the defending champions ran out comfortable winners.
The result lifts Singida onto three points after their opening 2-0 defeat to Jamus SC. Mogadishu City Club remain on one point following their earlier draw with Simba SC.
Singida’s final Group B fixture will pit them against fellow Tanzanian side Simba SC on 31 July in what is expected to be a decisive clash for qualification.
