The 21-year-old striker has joined the European champions on a five-year contract running until 30 June 2031. Real Madrid and Levante reached an agreement for the transfer, with reports indicating the club triggered Espí’s €25 million release clause.

In a statement, Real Madrid said: “Real Madrid C.F. and Levante U.D. have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Carlos Espí, who will be linked to our club for the next five seasons, until June 30, 2031.”
Espí spent three seasons at Levante, making 66 appearances and scoring 20 goals. Last season he was named the best under-23 player in the league and finished as one of Levante’s top scorers.
A Spain youth international at Under-19 and Under-20 level, the 1.94m forward arrives as a young target-man option for the first team.
