CASABLANCA, Morocco — Côte d’Ivoire forward Inès Konan has been named the TotalEnergies Woman of the Match after scoring twice in her side’s 4-1 victory over Burkina Faso.
Konan found the net in the 14th and 23rd minutes as the Elephants dominated their Group B opener at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium on Monday.
Her brace helped Côte d’Ivoire secure an impressive start to their 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations campaign.
