The 20-year-old has put pen to paper on a contract running until June 2028, with the deal including an option to extend for a further season.
Issah had spent the previous two campaigns on loan at Barcelona’s reserve side. His performances, particularly towards the end of last season, convinced the Catalan club to make the move permanent.
The Ghanaian attacker will continue his development with Barça Atlètic as he aims to progress within the club’s system.
