The United States has won the gold medal in the mixed 4x400m relay at the Tokyo 2025 World Championships, setting a new Championship Record with a blistering time of 3:08.80. The dominant performance by the American quartet of Bryce Deadmon, Lynna Irby-Jackson, Jenoah McKiver, and Alexis Holmes left no doubt about their supremacy in the event.

The American team was well clear of the competition throughout the race, finishing comfortably ahead of the Netherlands, who took the silver medal with a time of 3:09.96. The bronze medal went to Belgium, who crossed the finish line in 3:10.61.
