The competition will begin on August 23 with the group stage, where the teams will vie for a spot in the knockout rounds. Nigeria's representatives, Bayelsa Queens FC, will kick off their campaign on August 24 against Ghana's Police Ladies in a highly anticipated clash.

Following the group stage, the top teams will advance to the semifinals on September 2. The final and third-place playoff are scheduled for September 5. Only the tournament winner will earn the right to represent the WAFU B zone at the CAF Women's Champions League later in the year.
