The 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup sensation was a second half replacement for Jamie Vardy but he made the difference in the added time when he scored the winner in additional time.
He played the last 29 minutes of the match while compatriot Wilfred 'Onyinye' Ndidi returned back to action and was featured for 61 minutes.
The last-gasp winner by Kelechi Iheanacho was enough to secures a place for Leicester City in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
However, the striker was voted the Man of the match by fans despite playing for half an hour.
Kelechi Iheanacho has scored 11 goals combined for Manchester City and Leicester City in the English FA Cup since turning professional footballer some years back.
