Liverpool complete Thiago Alcantara move

By Emmanuel Oladele - Liverpool have completed the signing of Spanish playmaker Thiago Alcantara from Bayern Munich.

The 29-year-old penned a four-year deal worth £25m with the Reds after successful medical on Friday. £20m will be paid in the course of the deal while £5m will be paid based on the player being able to win major trophy ( EPL/UEFA Champions League) while with Liverpool.

Thiago is the second signing Liverpool will be making ahead of next season following the signing of of Kostas Tsimikas in August.

Liverpool are hoping to defend the Premier League title they won recently and Thiago is one of the player Jurgen Klopp led side will be banking on to do so.
