France 2019: No one is talking about her, Chidinma Nkeruka Okeke

After the 2-0 victory of the Super Falcons of Nigeria over Korea Republic, people were busy talking about Asisat Oshoala who scored a brilliant goal and Chiamaka Nnadozie who produced a superb performance for the Falcons, keeping a clean sheet in the thrilling encounter.

But no one is talking about FC Robo of Lagos right-back Chidinma Nkeruka Okeke, a defender that showed her defensive ability and attacking flair by producing a genius performance when she replaced Faith Michael for Nigeria against Norway in their first game of the FIFA Women's World Cup.
Born on 11th of August 2000, She can be characterized by her team work, superb moves, confidence, defensive instinct and pace, producing a world class assist that sealed Nigeria victory on Wednesday's night at the ongoing FIFA Women's World Cup in France.

• In 2016 She represented Nigeria at the FIFA U17 World Cup in Jordan.

• In 2018 She represented Nigeria at the FIFA U20 Women's World Cup in France.

• Now in the Nigeria Women's senior team, representing the country at the ongoing FIFA Women's World Cup in France.

The defender was brought into the tournament as a backup for Faith Michael who is out injured, the injury of the dependable right-back has given rise to a sensational right-back with a lot of energy, pace and strength in person of Chidinma Nkeruka Okeke, a defender who has contributed immensely to the success of the team so far in the competition.
