Inter Milan cruise past Feyenoord with convincing Champions League victory

Rotterdam — Inter Milan produced an impressive performance to defeat Feyenoord 3-0 away from home in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night, 3 November 2026.

Yann Bisseck, Francesco Pio Esposito and Piotr Zieliński scored as Cristian Chivu’s side secured an important victory in their Matchday 4 league-phase encounter at De Kuip.

Inter made a bright start and took the lead after just eight minutes. Bisseck collected the ball on the right side of the penalty area before producing a superb left-footed effort that curled beyond Feyenoord goalkeeper Tjark Ernst and into the far corner.

The visitors doubled their advantage in the 34th minute through Esposito. The young striker reacted quickest inside the box to meet Djed Spence’s deflected cross with a close-range header, sending Inter into half-time with a comfortable two-goal lead.

Feyenoord attempted to respond after the break, but Inter maintained control and continued to threaten on the counter-attack.

The Italian side effectively sealed the contest in the 54th minute when Zieliński collected the ball outside the penalty area and unleashed a powerful left-footed strike. His effort went in off the inside of the post to make it 3-0.

Inter remained organised for the remainder of the contest, limiting Feyenoord's opportunities and protecting their advantage until the final whistle.

The victory marked Inter's second win in this season's Champions League league phase, taking them to six points after four matches.

It was also an important response to their 3-1 defeat against city rivals AC Milan in the Serie A derby on 31 October.
