The match at the Maurice Dufrasne Stadium in Liège saw Belgium take control early, with De Bruyne opening the scoring in the 10th minute.
The midfielder combined with Dodi Lukébakio before calmly finishing from the edge of the penalty area to give Belgium a 1-0 lead.
Türkiye threatened at times after falling behind, with Arda Güler providing a creative outlet for the visitors. However, Belgium goalkeeper Senne Lammens was not seriously tested as the hosts maintained their advantage.
Belgium doubled their lead in the 60th minute when De Bruyne produced a superb curling effort from distance, leaving the goalkeeper with little chance.
Romelu Lukaku then completed the scoring in the 76th minute, finishing from close range after Belgium continued to put pressure on the Türkiye defence.
Belgium also struck the woodwork twice through Lukébakio during the match as they created several opportunities to extend their advantage.
The victory moves Belgium to six points from three matches in Group A1, behind France on seven points. Italy have four points, while Türkiye remain without a point after three defeats.
For De Bruyne, the brace took his tally to two goals in the match and underlined his importance to Belgium's Nations League campaign.
