The result leaves Georgia still searching for their first victory in League B Group 2 after beginning the campaign with a 1-0 home defeat to Northern Ireland. Ukraine, meanwhile, remain unbeaten after opening their campaign with a 1-0 away victory over Hungary.
Georgia unable to find breakthrough
Georgia, playing in front of their home supporters in Tbilisi, were unable to convert their opportunities as Ukraine secured a valuable point on the road.
Captain Khvicha Kvaratskhelia started for Georgia alongside Georges Mikautadze and Giorgi Chakvetadze, while goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili was also named in the starting XI.
Ukraine started with Anatoliy Trubin in goal and included Oleksandr Zubkov, Oleksii Pikhalyonok, Yehor Nazaryna and Vladyslav Vanat in their line-up.
Neither side could break the deadlock, with the match ultimately ending Georgia 0-0 Ukraine.
Georgia still without a win
The draw gives Georgia their first point of the Nations League campaign after their opening-day defeat against Northern Ireland.
Georgia had lost 1-0 to Northern Ireland on 25 September, while Ukraine entered the match with three points after defeating Hungary by the same scoreline.
The result therefore keeps Ukraine in contention at the top end of the group, while Georgia must now look towards their upcoming fixtures against Hungary and Northern Ireland as they attempt to climb the Group B2 standings.
