The Congolese international joins the Jangwani Street side from Moroccan club Olympique Club de Safi. Reports indicate Yanga paid a transfer fee of $250,000 to secure the midfielder on a permanent deal.
Ngoma spent the 2025/26 season with OC Safi after arriving from Libyan side Branes. The move comes as Yanga continue to strengthen their squad under new head coach Manqoba Mngqithi, with several other high-profile additions already completed in the transfer window.
