ESPOO, Finland — Finnish sprinter Lotta Kemppinen produced a historic performance at the Motonet GP Espoo, clocking 10.95 seconds in the women’s 100m.
The time, recorded with a wind reading of +2.3, stands as the fastest ever run by a Finnish woman under all conditions. Kemppinen’s dominant display underlined her status as one of the country’s leading sprint talents.
Nora Lindahl, also of Finland, finished second in 11.07 seconds, while Britain’s Aleeya Sibbons took third place in 11.23 seconds.
