FÈS, Morocco — South African forward Devin Titus has completed a transfer from Stellenbosch FC to Moroccan club MAS Fès.
The deal is valued at $350,000, with Stellenbosch also retaining a 10% sell-on clause on any future transfer. Titus has signed a three-year contract with no option to extend, and the fee is to be paid in full rather than in instalments.
The player is scheduled to fly out tomorrow via Dubai, with his medical examination set for Saturday. Once completed, he will be registered in time to feature in MAS Fès’ CAF Champions League squad.
Titus’ departure from Stellenbosch marks another significant export of South African talent to North Africa. The forward has been a key figure for the Cape side and will now look to make an impact in the Botola Pro and on the continental stage.
MAS Fès have secured a player regarded as one of the more promising attacking options from the South African Premiership. The structured nature of the deal, including the sell-on percentage, provides Stellenbosch with continued interest in his future progress.
Further updates are expected once Titus completes his medical and is formally integrated into the MAS Fès squad.
