Defending champions Singida Black Stars and fellow Tanzanian giants Simba SC exited after the final Group B fixtures, despite Simba’s 2-1 win over Singida. Jamus SC of South Sudan progressed from that group.
The eliminated clubs now turn their attention to domestic competitions, while the remaining teams prepare for the semi-final stage of the regional tournament in Rwanda.
