The last remaining semi-final place will go to either:
- Rayon Sports (Rwanda) or
- Vipers SC (Uganda)
Rayon Sports remain in a strong position and need only a point from their final group match against Al Hilal to progress as the best second-placed team. Vipers SC require Rayon Sports to lose in order to keep their own qualification hopes alive.
The outcome of the remaining fixtures will complete the last-four line-up as the regional tournament moves into the knockout stage in Rwanda.
