CAF Opens Player Registration Window for 2026/27 Interclub Preliminary Round

CAIRO, Egypt — The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has opened the player registration window for clubs participating in the first preliminary round of the 2026/27 CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup.

Clubs can register eligible players between 1 August and 15 August 2026. All participating teams are reminded to complete their registrations within the stated deadline to ensure compliance ahead of the opening ties.

The preliminary round draws for both competitions remain scheduled for Thursday, 6 August 2026 at CAF headquarters in Cairo.

• CAF Champions League draw: 15:00 Cairo time
