Aziz Ki Move to Yanga Nears Completion as ITC Delivered

DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania — The return of midfielder Aziz Ki to Young Africans is almost complete after the player’s International Transfer Certificate (ITC) was delivered to the Tanzanian champions.

Al Ittihad will receive $833,000 from the deal, with an additional 10% sell-on clause on any future transfer. Ki has agreed a two-year contract with Yanga.

The Burkinabé midfielder’s short spell at Al Ittihad has come to an end. In 11 appearances for the Libyan club he scored eight goals and provided three assists, making a strong impact during his time there.

Ki had previously featured for Yanga and is now set to reunite with the Jangwani Street side. The delivery of the ITC represents the final major step in the transfer process, paving the way for his official return.

Once all remaining formalities are concluded, Ki is expected to link up with his new teammates as Yanga continue preparations for the new season. The move marks a significant homecoming for a player who previously impressed in Tanzanian football.
