Tolu Arokodare Joins Ajax on Season-Long Loan

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands — Nigerian forward Tolu Arokodare has completed a season-long loan move to Ajax from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The 25-year-old striker joins the Dutch club until the summer of 2027, with Ajax holding an option to make the transfer permanent at the end of the campaign.

Ajax confirmed the agreement on Wednesday. Arokodare, who scored six goals in all competitions for Wolves last season following his move from Genk, will now seek regular playing time in the Eredivisie.
