Al Hilal, one of Sudan’s most decorated clubs, enter the tournament as strong contenders and have already shown commitment to the competition with significant financial support. They face a Tusker side that stepped in as late replacements for Al Merreikh and arrive with domestic cup success behind them.
Later in the evening, Rayon Sports will enjoy home support as they begin their campaign against KVZ. The Rwandan side will be eager to make a strong start in front of their fans after the hosts’ mixed fortunes in Group A.
