The Falconets wasted no time asserting their authority, with Precious Oscar opening the scoring in the 13th minute. Barely seven minutes later, Fatimah Adeshina doubled the lead in the 20th minute, giving the home side a 2-0 advantage before the half.

The pressure continued in the second half, with Janet Akekoromwei adding a third goal on the hour mark (60'). Substitute Taiwo Afolabi then crowned the dominant display by netting the fourth goal in stoppage time (90'), putting an emphatic stamp on the tie.
