Tobi Amusan Storms to Victory in Women’s 100m Hurdles at Ostrava Golden Spike

Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan proved her class once again, blazing to victory in the women’s 100m hurdles at the WACT Golden Spike 2025 meet in Ostrava with an impressive time of 12.45 seconds (+1.4 m/s). The reigning African and Commonwealth champion dominated the race from start to finish, reinforcing her position among the world’s elite hurdlers.

Slovakia’s Viktória Forster claimed second place in a season’s best of 12.74s, while Ireland’s Sarah Lavin followed closely in third, also setting a season’s best of 12.76s.

Austria’s Karin Strametz (12.83s), Hungary’s Anna Tóth (12.86s), Italy’s Elena Carraro (13.01s), and Czech Republic’s Helena Jiranová (13.27s) completed the highly competitive lineup.
