Former Nigerian Falconet striker, Joy Omewa Ogochukwu, has been crowned Best Player of the Danish Women’s League for the 2024–2025 season, following a spectacular run with Fortuna Hjørring.
Ogochukwu was in unstoppable form throughout the season, netting 25 goals and providing 6 assists, playing a pivotal role in her club's domestic dominance. Her outstanding performances helped Fortuna Hjørring clinch both the Danish Women’s League title and the Danish Cup, securing a historic double.
