JaMeesia Ford delivered a jaw-dropping performance at the NCAA Championships, running a lightning-fast 21.98s (0.9) to win her 200m semifinal—the fastest time in the NCAA this season and a new personal best!
What makes the feat even more impressive is that it came just moments after she clocked another PB of 10.87s in the women’s 100m. Ford’s sensational form has firmly established her as a sprinting force to watch, with both explosive speed and remarkable consistency across events.
With the finals ahead, Ford is not just chasing titles—she’s rewriting the college sprinting narrative.
