Flamingos Depart for Monrovia for U17 Women's World Cup Qualifiers Against Liberia

The Flamingos, Nigeria's U-17 women's national football team, have departed for Monrovia to compete against Liberia's U-17 girls in the fourth and final round of the FIFA U17 Women's World Cup qualifiers. 

The first leg of this crucial qualification series is scheduled to take place on Sunday, June 9th, at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Stadium in Monrovia. The Flamingos are focused and determined to secure a favorable result as they continue their quest for a spot in the prestigious tournament.


The return leg will be held at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja on Friday, June 14th. Nigeria will aim to solidify their position and advance to the finals of the FIFA U17 Women's World Cup. The winner on aggregate from this encounter will emerge as one of Africa's three representatives at the tournament.
