In the first semi-final game, Group B Winners and defending Champions Mamelodi Sundowns will face Simba Queens of Tanzania who finished second in Group A. The match will hold on Wednesday 9th November, 2022 at 17:00 West Africa Time.

The second semi-final will see Group A Winners and Host ASFAR Club trade tackles with Group B Runners-up Bayelsa Queens FC of Nigeria on Wednesday 9th November, 2022 at 21:00 West Africa Time.
