By Emmanuel Oladele - Manchester United have finally recovered from their woeful start to the 2022/23 premier league season following a 2-1 win over an out-of-sorts Liverpool who are having a slow start to the season, picking just two points from the last two premier league games.

In the 53rd minute of the game, Rashford doubled United's lead after a superb counter-attack. Henderson did a wrong pass, Martial picks it and sends the ball through to Rashford who put the ball into the bottom left corner of the net.

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah revives the Reds hope a coming back into the game after scoring in the 81st minutes. Manchester United failed to deal with Alexander-Arnold's corner, De Gea pull off a save from Carvalho's effort, the ball pops up for the Egyptian who beat United Goalie with a low header near the post.
