2022 WAFCON: South Africa Outclass Tunisia to book Semi-final, World Cup Tickets, face Zambia on Monday

By Emmanuel Oladele - The Banyana Banyana of South Africa on Thursday defeated Tunisia National Women's Football Team in the quarterfinal of the ongoing 2022 Women Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco, 1-0 it ended in favour of the 2018 Runner-up.

Jermaine Seoposenwe 14th minute goal earned the Mandela Girls a slim 1-0 win over the Tunisians. See details below;

South Africa wins and are through to the semifinal and the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup

South Africa have now qualified for the 2022 WAFCON semifinal and will face COSAFA neighbours Zambia on Monday 18th July at the Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca, the kickoff time is 19:00 South Africa Time (+2 GMT).

Following Banyana Banyana victory in the quarterfinal of 2022 WAFCON, they are also through to the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup which hold in Australia/New Zealand.
