WAFU U17 Final: Nigeria face Burkina Faso on Friday

By Emmanuel Oladele - The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria on Tuesday defeated Côte d'Ivoire by 3-1 in the first semi-final game of the 2022 WAFU B U17 Championship currently holding in Cape Coast, Ghana. 

In the second semi-final game, Burkina Faso stunned Ghana with a 1-0 win, Camara's spot kick ended the dreams of the Black Starlets to progress into the final and the 2023 U17 AFCON.

After the two semifinals on Tuesday, Nigeria will now face Burkina Faso on Friday in the final of 2023 WAFU B U17 Championship. The game will hold at the usual Cape Coast Sports Stadium in Ghana. The time for the game will be publish as soon it's revealed.
