UFC 268: The Nigerian Nightmare Kamaru Usman defeat Colby Covington to retain Title

By Emmanuel Oladele -  The Nigerian Nightmare Kamaru Usman on Sunday morning defeated his opponent Colby Covington to retain his Welterweight title.

The Nigerian beat Colby Covington with a unanimous decision in a rematch at UFC 268 inside New York City's Madison Square Garden. Recall, the Nigerian Nightmare won their first meeting in Las Vegas via fifth round TKO in December 2019 before the second victory via unanimous decision

The 34-year-old Nigerian did well on the Judges scorecards, winning by scores of 48-47, 48-47 and 49-46.

Usman now has a record of 20 win and a loss, while Colby Covington has 16 win and a loss.

The Nigerian Nightmare Kamaru Usman is the UFC Welterweight Champion.
