Kaizer Chiefs seal Monare and Hlanti deal

Sky Football Magazine sources on the ground have gathered some information about the news regarding the signing of the duo.

Kaizer Chiefs are currently on a transfer ban, and are waiting for a feedback from FIFA following dodgy signings.
