It's extremely rare seeing a pregnant woman taking part in Sporting activities as an Athlete, but
Alysia Montano surprised the world in the opening round of the women's 800 metres run day 2 of the USATF Outdoor Championship. The event happened on the 26th of June 2014 at the Hornet Stadium in Sacramento, California.
According to reports, as at the time of the event, she was carrying a 8-month-old pregnancy.
The American middle distance runner was superb in the race, she finished in a time of 2minutes 32.13 seconds, just 35 seconds away from her personal best of 1minute 57.34 that she run in 2010.
She's also a six-time USA Outdoor Champion, crowned Champion in 2007, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015. She's currently 34-year-old.
The former Olympia demonstrated that Sport can also be managed with family.
