The 31-year-old current contract with the Blues will expire in the summer and he will likely join the Reds as a free agent after contract extension negotiations between the Brazilian and Chelsea failed, Willian reportedly want three years of contract extension but Chelsea are willing to offer two.
He was initially offered to Barcelona but the Catalan are not interested in signing the the 31-year-old due to age, they prefer signing a younger player.
Willian at Liverpool will be a superb addition for the Reds.
