In a bid to strengthen Chelsea current squad during the January transfer window, the Blues are currently targeting Nigeria and Villareal youngster Samuel Chukwueze.
The winger release clause is around £84.5m following the new contract he just signed at the club. Chukwueze is one of the names linked with the Blues and are willing to negotiate a lower fee with his current employer.
Chelsea could also face competitions from other clubs in signing the Nigeria wonder-kid.
The 20-year-old winger has been superb for his country Nigeria and also his club Villareal, troubling Real Madrid and Barcelona defence last season.
