Barcelona Set Eye on Emerging German-Nigerian

Barcelona are reportedly looking at German striker Karim Adeyemi for a striker of the future possibility. The Red Bull Salzburg striker is only 17 years old, but could be an under €10m player that helps to fill the gap until Barcelona are sure who will take over from Luis Suarez in the long term.

Adeyemi has scored 11 goals in the league for FC Lieferin, the feeder club for Red Bull Salzburg.

The youngster scored three goals in seven appearances for the U-17 Germany team.
His contract at Salzburg runs until the end of the 2020-21 season, although for the price he is rumored to go for, that contract won’t matter.

Spanish empire, Barcelona appears to be to grab a few under 20 strikers and a few strikers in their 20s, creating a diversity of play styles in different age groups.

Adeyemi who is of Nigerian father and Romanian mother is still eligible to play for Germany (Country of birth), Romania and Nigeria at senior international level.
