Xenophobia: Zambia cancel friendly match with South Africa

The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) have announced that the friendly game between Zambia and South Africa slated for Saturday, September 7, 2019 has been rescheduled to the next FIFA window.
In a statement released by FAZ Association Secretary, Adrian Kashala, the match was rescheduled following a discussion between FAZ and South African Football Association (SAFA)
Zambia will now play Namibia on Monday, September 9, 2019. The team will travel to Namibia on Saturday and will play the game in Windhoek.

It is no longer a news that the case of Xenophobia in South Africa has become intense, and could be the reason behind the rescheduling of the friendly game.
