Official: John Obi Mikel joins Trabzonspor

Super Eagles Captain John Obi Mikel has signed a 2-year contract with Turkish club Trabzonspor with an option of one year extension.
 
Mikel as one of the most successful Nigerian Footballers is currently with the Super Eagles at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt will team up with his fellow Nigerian when the League resumes after summer break.

Mikiel has played for European clubs like Lyon Oslo, Chelsea, Middlesbrough and now Trabzonspor.
