CAFCL: Wydad Casablanca Wallops Asec Mimosas of Cote d'Ivoire to go top of Group A

Wydad Casablanca of Morocco put five past Asec Mimosas of Cote d'Ivoire to go top of Group A of the CAF Champions League.
Two goals from El Haddad, one each from Michael Babatunde, El-Moutaraji, Walid El Karti and Aouk Badi gave the Casablanca Outfit a well deserved victory over visiting Asec Mimosas on Friday night. Though Asec scored twice via Wonlo Coulibaly and Bagate but not enough to prevent their heavy defeat from the hand of strong Moroccan side.
Wydad Casablanca are now on top of Group A with goal difference, a victory for Lobi Stars of Nigeria over Mamelodi Sundowns put the Nigeria Champions in the second  position while Mamelodi Sundowns and Asec Mimosas occupies the third and fourth position respectively.

After 90 minutes, it Wydad Casablanca 5-2 Asec Mimosas.
