After a week of International break Real Madrid bowed to less stronger but determined Eibar side on Saturday. Eibar stunned the Galaticos at the Estadio Municipal De Ipurua with a 3-0 scoreline.
Escalante opened scoring for Eibar in the 16th minute of the encounter and Madrid could not restore parity to themselves for the first 45minutes of the game. The first half ended 1-0 in favour of the host.
Sergi Enrich doubled Eibar lead in the 56th minute of the encounter while a 57th minute strike from Kike sealed the victory for the host.
Madrid have not lost any game under Solari, but were defeated for the first time since they lost 5-1 to Barcelona.
After today's game, Madrid are now in 6th position on La Liga log.
